How Much Do Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy Sessions Cost?

I offer a block of three sessions for Smoking Cessation Hypnotherapy at a cost of £190. This includes:

An initial 90-minute appointment, which includes a consultation.

Two follow-up sessions lasting one hour each.
How Many Sessions Will You Need?
Typically, 2–4 sessions are sufficient to achieve lasting results. However, every person’s journey to quitting smoking is unique. If your smoking habit is linked to underlying trauma or forms part of a broader wellness journey, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan to meet your specific needs. In some cases, this may require more than three sessions, which can be discussed during your initial consultation.
